Project Leadership

Workshop Overview

This workshop provides participants with the skills and techniques on how to develop a project plan, manage and control the plan, document, measure, and provide status. In addition participants will be provided with the opportunity to simulate presentation of the project plan to the management team, and brainstorm solutions to potential problems.

This two-day workshop is experiential with participants forming project teams, developing their own projects and experiencing the role of project leaders.
