Jonathan Potts

Jonathan has an extensive background in operations management and total equipment management. He has held management positions in facilities and maintenance, and operations with companies involved in casting, assembly, metal stamping, construction and pulp forming.

Jonathan has honed his skills with leading companies in both the private and public sectors – Ford, Royal Canada Mint, CKF Inc. – where he developed his expertise in lean manufacturing, TPM and organization change. A certified Change Manager, Jonathan has a successful track record of ensuring that a significant improvement is made in a company’s ability to achieve their stated business goals. As a plant manager for a pulp operation and an electro-plating plant, Jonathan was directly responsible for implementing continuous lean improvement initiatives as well as the cultural change required to effect success. His solid leadership, coaching and communications skills are used to align performance with potential.

At IFM Jonathan assists our clients in the integration of their maintenance (TEM, Total Equipment Management) initiatives with their lean productivity improvements, and the introduction of lean manufacturing methodologies.
