Kit Staley has more than 25 years experience in manufacturing and an extensive background in materials management and cycle time management. As founder and President of Information Flow Management Inc., Kit assures that all of our clients receive the professional expertise required to assure that they attain the measurable results desired.

Kit has concentrated his expertise in manufacturing systems, material flow, and continuous improvement and honed his skills with three leading companies - Westinghouse, Camco, and Inter-City Products- from developing a JIT environment to implementing a fully integrated continuous improvement process.

Kit has been directly involved in producing outstanding results which include introducing new training programs, reducing cycle times, reducing inventories, implementing ERP in a JIT environment, ISO implementation, and developing change management.

Kit has held positions such as Director of Manufacturing, Director of Procurement, and Manager Manufacturing Systems at companies that he has assisted with introducing lean manufacturing.

He has presented seminars and workshops on cycle time management; infrastructure requirements for continuous improvement; employee empowerment; advanced manufacturing technologies; and been a member of the CMA Task Force on Education and Training.
