Carman Yausie

Carman has over 25 years of manufacturing experience in the materials management and information systems fields. He has managed the implementation of several ERP systems on time and on budget.

Carman has been involved in implementing Lean manufacturing methodologies from engineering control to process flow to information flow.

Carman has assisted such companies as Beta Brands Ltd., Inglis Limited and Nestle Canada Inc. in achieving world-class information systems and material flow. These companies have achieved results such as 80% improvement on schedule attainment, 99.7% customer service level, improved productivity by 20%, and reduced inventory levels by 50% while maintaining and increasing sales volumes. 

At IFM Inc. Carman assists companies in improving their information flow to support the lean manufacturing concepts that have been implemented on the shop floor and in the offices. His goal-oriented approach to project management assures that each implementation realizes the expected results.

Carman is an active member of his local CAPICs organization and has served as its President.
